ASSESSMENT FOCUS

A shared understanding of contributions of experiences, family history, biological, psychological, family and social aspects over 2-3 appointments. A detailed questionnaire is used to allow unrushed exploration and a supportive relationship to begin with both the young person and parent(s). A structure to understand and make choices that relate to your plan for appointments is developed.
